MAY 8, 2015 5 p.m.
The big band sound of Spectrum returns to Chester Friday, May 8, for a free concert on the Village Green. Celebrating thirty years performing throughout the region and internationally, and acknowledging its first public appearance at a Kiwanis Club of Chester Spring Fling in 1972, group leader Gary Shaver and his nine member band will bring it all home to thank community and local businesses that have contributed so much to the success of Spectrum. The band’s extensive repertoire spans generations from the 40’s to the 80’s and beyond. No music is beyond the talents of these musicians and vocalists. Great listening and dance pieces.
Bring your coolers and lawn chairs Friday, May 8, from 5 to 8 p.m. Hosted by Heritage Chevrolet and the Kiwanis Club of Chester. Hot dogs, BBQ, French Fries and sodas provided on site by Kings Korner Catering.18: Chester Kiwanis:
